Hi All,
DVC case has been closed on the grounds that petitioner was absent for more than 10 times.
Its been 3 months petitioner never came to the court to know more about the closed case.
what are the possibilities petitioner has to reopen the case later one fine day ? can she appeal in the high court or MSJ court or in the same trial court ?
