Election duty

In case of pendency of any criminal case against public servants/govt employee  , Election Commission has strictly prohibited their deployment in election duty. There are clear cut guidelines of Election commission to this effect. Refer to  point no. V (11) (5) (vi) of the attached file

Hi Experts,

I am a Central Govt. Employee. Can I file nomination as an independent candidate to avoid election duty.

You are having a childish and dangerous plan. Flingng nomination will result in disciplinary action which can result even in dismissal from service.
