In an arbitration appeal case, the arbitrators ahve not sent the arbitration proceedings including eveidence to the session court (where the appeal was filed) even after 1 year of the directions passed by the session court Judge.The case is stuck because of this & arguments are not taking place
What should be the procedure in such a case,specially if the documents do not come in the future also

File an execution petition in the sessions court for implementation of the court directions.

If you are appellant you must pray and insist the Court to set aside the arbitral proceeding, conversly move for execution.
