Exemption from P.F Deduction

I have a question on which I would like to have suggestion on an ASAP basis. In my company, a new employee has just joined and his basic salary is 26000 per month. He does not PF deduction from his salary. Can we allow him this priviledge. Please reply.

An employee drawing wages up more than Rs 6500 p.m. are not covered under the Act. Only in cases where the employee and employer agree upon coverage of those persons drawing more than than the said sum, the scheme is applicable to them, with the approval of the PF Commissioner.
