Exhitbits lost

in divorce case, few exhibits i submitted for recall petition to cross examine the wife were lost by the family court admin staff.

the judge said to me that he will take action against the staff and posted the matter to next hearing.

now, what is the option i have?

do i need to submit the exhibits once again?

what is the remedy now?

Take a gunn n soot urself in the head for marrying. Lol.. This is the pathetic state of judiciary in India. Rascals do all srts of mischief, advocates, lawyers, staff, entire ppl work hand in glove. U will spend nearly a decade on divorce case. For irregularities, like these u can file another 10 cases, but again u have to ghoomo court lifelong. Brother you go for settlement, proving all this will eat up ur life. Jaago bharatiya.
