Exploitation of Money

An accused exploited Rs 4.5 Lakh of
an incumbent in Manipur and absconded to parent state Bihar. Details of the accused say address, father's name etc are all available What's can the incumbent from Manipur do in this regard to recover his cash ?

Hello,

You can approach the local police station if accused absonded after commiting offence.

You can approach the Police Station to file an FIR. In case the police is not registering your FIR, you can right the complaint to the SSP and Commissioner and post it and keep the recieving. If even then the police isn't acting, you can approach court and file a CS for court to diret the investigation in the prsent matter. Also along with this move an application for the production of ATR by the police before the court.

How can you say / prove the allegation that the accused has exploited the money ? 

When whereabout details i.e., address, father's name etc. are stated to be available, how the accused can be said to have been absconded to parent state Bihar ?  

Prima facie  it is a time pass, hypothetical and vague story.
