Factory license, pf & esi no.

Hi Peers, This is suku from Tamilnadu working as Sr. Exe HR. This is I didnot get the chance to apply & get the Factory License(Tamilnadu State procedure), PF & ESI nos. Hence I want to know the formalities/ Back records should attach for getting the same items.

Experts pls send me the details for each of the above. This is only for my skill updation purpose not for practical.
