Fake case under

The facts of the case doesn't describe the case thoroughly.

Firstly what do you want to have?.. whether your brother in law wants to have divorce now?

If this is a fake case.. don't worry.. get a good lawyer and defend yourself strongly.. 

And while talking about 328, it is a serious allegation.. and the offence is non bailable.. It is totally on how you keep the facts of the case before the court strongly and your lawyers smartly defends you shall decide about the bail in this case.

My Brother In law is ready to compromise but she is demanding 50 lakhs rupees and home on his name. Main issues they are facing that on the day when she has taken poison ,all the members of family were there at the shop which is just downstairs.

So its very easy for her to put alligation on all the members of family.

All the medical treatment was weared by Brother In Law only.

Thing i want to clarify :

1. Any workarounds for bail in 328
2. Or only Police can help to get rid of 328 as investigations are not proceeded till yet due to local elections in U.P

If your brother in law has not done anything wrong.. then no need to worry.. Just like I said.. defend yourself smartly and strongly with the help of truth.

Just wanted when his wife consumed poison.. whether the police had filed any complaint against them? 

As you are looking out for bail..that does mean police have not filed the charge sheet as of now.. talk to the concern police officer and try to convience him for the fake charges.

And.. no need to pay any money.. It can be decided later on.. if necessary.

The wife consumed poison and the medical expenses were borne by Ur brother in law(U have repeated this many times),OK, was it recorded as MLC or treated as an ordinary case?

Whether the criminal cases filed are true or false,she has to prove them and the accused have to defend everything on merits from their side.

Once u said she demanded 30L and later U have mentioned it as 50L as compensation/clarify.

Best advice is to apply immediately for AB.
