u cannot stop any 1 from filing a case if his/her legal right has been infringed.......if the case is bogus it will automatically be dismissed on merit....

Thank you Sir.

There is a person who is habitual drinker, in our locality, quarrelling with all the people like a rogue.

If anyone question him, he immediately goes to PCR Unit and make complaint.   I would like to controll him by legal action.  Please advise.

How  "bogus" case will be automatically dismissed? Please elucidate. What is the remedy for mental torture, agony, financial loss and time?

@Author

Alike habitual offenders, there exists habitual false complainants. With a simple RTI you can fetch records on the complaints filed by such miscreants. On receiving the RTI you can easily know how many cases were filed, what were the ciscumstances and what was the conclusion of the case.

With this info, you can file a case against this drunkard. All the best!
