False cheque bouncing case

Then what should one accused need to do the demolish the case ?

It will deffer from case to case but accused has right to rebut and complainant has to prove just existance of cheque is not enough.

We start from the step one whether the cheque was at all given or it is a forged cheque , there will similar hundreds of questions which complainant has to prove beyond doubt.
