Family court debarred me to answer

Dear sir, My wife filed maintenance case in which she stated me as a successful businessman of the locality and demanded 10000 pm with a share in the property of my father.Due to delay in only one date the family court didn't allowed me to answer my side.For that I moved to high court and filed wpc in 2015 January but the case din't take up so I had filed I.A.that is also pending.7th of April is my last date in family court after that ex party decision will be given in my case.I want to ask is there any measure if my case din't caught in the high court.Please suggest.
