Farmer certificate

Respected sir, I am a housewife. We want to purchase an agricultural land in any bhiwandi villages ( thane district, Maharashtra) I am very much interested in farming from my childhood. But we dont own any agricultural land and no one is a farmer in family. We have small budget and we want to purchase an agricultural land in rural area to get at low cost.
