I wasnt able to type as I got error as text as Mobile number, My apologies.

I bought an Iphone using Flipkart Paylater EMI on Nov 2021, I kept paying the bill inclusive of EMI every month before the due date till now , however they have reported to IDFC(their lending partner) as not paid and they in turn has reported in CIBIL as over due in spite of me paying on time.

This has affected my CIBIL score and when Im in need of financial requirement and approach banks, this CIBIL score and IDFC remark as payment overdue for all three months.

Flipkart is now not responding to issue raised regarding this , we have made so many calls, they don't have any update. they just disconnect the call, nor their social media support team.

They don't give an option to close this EMI either.

Need some advice on how to go about this sorted.

Dr. MPS RAMANI Ph.D.[Tech.] (Scientist/Engineer)     19 March 2022

At first you write a letter to Flipkart. In the letter state exactly what you want from them. Also state in the letter that in case they do not satisfactorily solve the issue within stipulated number of days, you will file complaint before the consumer court. Write a similar letter to IDFC also. If your problem is not solved within the time limit you file complaint before the District Consumer Forum for deficiency in service. You ask for heavy compensation for loss of CIBIL score rating.
