Dear Experts,
In the Criminal case of Forgery, cheating etc which I was referring in this Fourm for quite some time, it has been noticed that the Accused has created the forged Rental agreement of date prior to the date of stamp paper ie. thc Accused created & signed the forged document on 03.10.2013 & the Stamp Paper date is 04.10.2013. In this regard what are the legal points that could favour the Complainant who is fighting the Creminal case against the Accused?
