Fourclouser property

Dear Sir :

Should I go for a bank auctioned property wherein bank has not taken possession & the borrower is still residing in the said property. Some nationalised bank is selling the property AS IT WHEREIS BASIS.

Will it be very difficult for me of taking possession in case I purchase the said property ?

Please advice.

Regards,

D Sarma

Dear Mr. Sarma,

You should have the bank evict the borrower (current resident) and then hand over the possession to you, to avoid all scenarios.

It will be not easy to evict the the borrower. It is the exprience that as soon as the bank recieve the loan amount the bank doesnt cooperate you have to go for civil suit and face lagal system.
