I am a false victim of ”Prevention of Corruption Act". I knew that IO took huge amount of bribe to give clean chit to real culprits. Real culprits also put lot of political pressure as well as pressure from senior officers of investigating agency to get clean chit. Charges have already been framed (order issued for framing of charges but questionnaire is yet to be got filled by court), trial is yet to start.
Can I ask court to get an affidavit from IO that
a. he has investigated matter honestly
b. He hasn't taken any bribe
c. There was no political pressure on him
d. There was no pressure on him from Senior Officers.
I have some evidences that there was pressure on him from his own seniors and he also took bribe. I just want to hook the investigating agency without harming myself.
Further I would also like to know that how it can be ensured that IO gets severest punishment for making wrong statements in case diary and making a wrong case against an innocent and leaving aside real culprits.
