Govt of India have launched free Cerification in RTI, the course duration is for 15 days and we can do in online. for more details login to https://rti.gov.in/
I think we all must do it.

You have to log on to www.rti.gov.in have to register ur self in the same site, when your turn will come. You will be providing user name and password and follow the procedure provided by them.
