I am very fresh in Advocacy , so I need proper guidance from experience Advocates.
One of my Client’s front of the shop is covered by adjacent shop owner such way by advertising Hording & also display the business products outside of shop so that my client’s shop can not clearly visible by customer who cross the road. All such hording and display goods which is kept by the adjacent shop owner are actually out side of his premises and occupied the footpath of the road.
Kindly give me appropriate guidance so that I can get relief on behalf of my client.
