I would like to know if it is mandatory to register a GPA. Please help us with this. GPA signed by 3 sisters in the name of their elder brother and sale deed was executed. But now the brother is not willing to share with the advance amount received out of sale. Can a suit be filed against brother on the grounds of non-registration of GPA?? How the matter can be taken forward in this case?
