Habeas Corpus Petition

Dear all,

Can any one forward me a copy of a Habeas Corpus Petition. I need the same for producing a missing man before court.

Sometimes even a telegram would be treated as a petition. In such matters format doesnt matter. I suppose courts should not strictly follow the formalities when there is real urgency

Strictly speaking format depends on teh HC where u are intending to file the writ as per the High Court Rules of that concerned Court.
