Dear HC lawyers,
I need an advise from you in the following situation. I filed a RCR u/sec 9 HMA against my wife.
The Court awarded the wife interim maintenance u/sec 24 HMA which I paid too.
Now the trial Court is taking long time (> 8 months as of today) even to frame issues to dispose the main petition despite several requests by my lawyer.
Can I approach the HC to direct the trial Court to complete the trial within a reasonable time (e.g. six months as stipulated u /sec 21 HMA)?
What type of petition be filed in such case? Writ?
What is the other solution to this problem?
