On the same time a police constable arrives their and he told me that u r guilty.
ALWAYS BIG VEHICLES ARE GUILTY IF ANY ACCIDENT HAPPEND THIS WAS AS PER DELHI HIGH COURT.
even i told him that i was crossing the road and due to traffic my car was in still position.
But he was not ready go listen any thing.
Can u please tell me whether his statement of high court is correct.
And what are our rights while driving and policemen authorities.
