today our home power has disconnected by bescom line man. we have paid the bill s that are pending on 7/7/2011, but the lineman without considering our version, Disconnection is done on 8/82011. how can i take action in these matter in consumer forum, any expert here guide me.
i took the matter to area bescom office, but the officer they responded rudely.therefore plese help me in these matter, how to make them pay for their irregularities.
They have been torturing many people like this, i need to teach them a lesson regarding this. PLease guide me in this matter.
