I have purchased some residential/non-residential plots in different parts of Tamil Nadu. The real estate developer did not help in getting the patta for these properties. Can any one suggest a reliable person who can obtain these pattas for me? Thanks!

They can help you out or will tell you the way.... I had been in chennai and this was [ getting Patta] the major issue which might still be continuing....
