For Impotency the Petitioner can File Divorce under Hindu marriage Act but she had to Prove the impotency before the honourable Court with Proper Medical Certificates or the court will make the Medical test to pass the Divorce order for the Petitioner. Divorce for impotency can be done through Hindu Marriage Act.
