Please indicate whether you filed the TRCMP yourself, without the help of any Lawyer?

You are not going to recoieve any further notice.  You will have to follow up with the concerned department to track the status of the matter.

Neither you have to do anything nor your husband.

The case papers will come from Virudunagar to Chennai.

Thereafter, the Chennai Court will give notice to both of you.  You have to hand over the notice to your lawyer. Thereafter your lawyer has to appear before the Chennai Court.
