Is there any supreme court judgement prohibiting home tuitions from flat in co op housing society in mumbai, maharashtra / India 

Strictly speaking giving tution in a residential flat amounts to change of user. Permission of the CHS is required for change of user. The CHS may give or deny permission on their own or get the opinion of the GB. The tendency of the GB is mostly to deny permission. If permission given by the CHS the question of court does not come in the picture. There cannot be a general oder of the Supreme Court flatly prohibiting private tution or any other activity. If there is an order prohibiting private tution in residential flat in a specific case it will be applicable to that case  and similar cases.
