Sir,
My grandfather has a land on which we live and my father has now no more only i have mother. my grandfather has four son including my father. and me and my uncle live on this property land. i want to get my portion and three party is agree for distribution and one part is not agree for this distribution. please suggest me some legal action through which i can get my land portion from my grandfather property.
