How much she can claim in settlement at CAW ?

Dear Experts If they had spend approx 3.lakh in marriage how much they can claim from us they had already submityed 15 laks list in CAW. We dont have capacity to pay such amount I can return her articles and jwellery to her. But will not able to return her false articles. is there any scope of settlement if yes so how much she want from me any idea ? She also know in court false artcles cannot be proved. 498a frauds

They can claim any amount, but you falsify all their claims by providing the facts on your side. You adamantly refuse their claim. also you can refuse their false claim about the articles which you do not have, ask them to prove.

She can claim any amount but you deny all her claims confidentily by showing the proofs , ask bills and proofs regarding the list of false article which she is claiming .
