how much time it take to get decree after RCR petition filed.
I have filed RCR and at 3rd court summon wife appear through advocate and want time to court. 6 months complete after I have filed RCR petition.
In the meantime wife return my house and torture mentally every day. No case filed against me by wife yet.
She do not want divorce even not join to conjugal relation just stay to my house for our 7 years old daughter.
but I don't want continue live with her. If she contest RCR how I take divorce ?
