Hello, Can you please tell if a judgement has come for divorce in family court, in how many days it should be filed in HC ? Also if filed in time what are the necessary things to do so that other party should not able to do second marriage ? Is there any time duration for that as well ? Please guide me.

within 90 days an appeal should be made and if it goes beyond that period then you have to apply for condonation and its at the discretion of the judge to consider it or not.
once if you file an appeal the other party cant marry till the decree is pronounced

90 days is it from the judgement date or from the date of receiving the order copy.
