How to deal?

I was married on 15th july'2012 against my will as I didn't approve the girl as i doubt her as mentally unstable. after marraige i observed her for 10-12 days and my observation confirmed her to my doubt. she left for her home in 15 days and till date she is with her parents. now her parents are demanding a note from me and my mother that we are not willing to adopt her. I want a sepration in this case. I'm living with my younger brother. In Oct'12 I had 2nd heart attack and I am resting at home I don't earn a penny. My medicines and doctors fees are beared by my brother. PLEASE PROVIDE A SOLUTION

I believe, since she is mentally unstable and left the matrimonial home as well, I guess you can either go for restitution of conjugal rights or may go for contested divorce if the facts support your case.
