A boy was 16 years he was in love in with a girl of 21 years, they married in front of God Idel in friend room, the girl or boy not taken consent of boy parents as he was the 16 years, now the boy is 20 years girl is the 25 years , now the boy came to about girl , that she is flurt ing with many boys, now boy want a divorce, under what section can file.

The marriage is not void but voidable at the instance of the party who was a minor, Hence the husband shall now have to seek annulment of marriage through a competent court.
