a withdrawn petition can not be restored unless there is any convincing ground of fraud etc.

Unless the liberty is taken from the court for revival of petition, due to reason given at the time of withdrawl the same can't be revived.

if the Petition is withdrawn on a condition and if the Condition is not complied the petition dismissed as with drawn on a condition , can be restored . The Details of the Withdrawel of the petion are not mentioned
