If you are capable of then go for confrontation. Being aGovt. employee it will be difficult for you to change the job. The best thing is to get a transfer to other department or other section / other area.

Kindly follow the advice of mr. kameswarao.

Decorum in the office is to be maintained by one and all.Rude behaviour in office can not be allowed to one and all.Scolding, coercion, threat, insult is not allowed to one and all.One has to mind his/her manners.

Employee if determined must record such incidences ( audio/visual). There has to be an evidence on record.

Confrontation may not fetch you desired results. If superiors of your boss are professional they may step in and may act. Junior should tread carefully while proceeding against senior.

One to one discussion with such boss can help. You may ask your boss about the expectations from you i.e. other than routine/day to day/official work, and iron out the differences. Learn to manage your boss. Be smart.

Is it a legal query?
