Husband seeking divorce

Hi,

Indian citizen got married with a girl of ukrain. Now the wife is residing in Ukrain and husband is in India.

The man wants Divorce from his wife residing in Ukrain.

Can he file Divorce petition in India?

there are many things u need to tell, girl a hindu/ non hindu? married under which act?

married in india? religion of boy? any religion conversion before/ after marriage?

HI,

The girl is Ukrain citizen. The marriage was solemnized in ukrain only according to the ukrain law before the court.

Husband is an Indian. No sort of religion conversion took place.

Kindly advise.

find out ukraine law too if it is easier there.
