Hello Experts,
I'm a central govt. employee. My faters and many persons construct a temple and they want to register a society for temple they want that I become president of society. So is it legally right or wrong?
One more thing which is better for Temple - Society or trust?

Trust is best. No. Govt. employee officially not appointed.

But someone told me that I can because as a Trust does not a company that conducts a business for profit and govt. employee can join in any non-profit activity.
