In my withdrawal affidavit of the divorce petition, My lawyer had mentioned the below statement:
"Since the respondent has consented for mutual divorce,I am going to withdraw the main petition for divorce without prejudice"
Please can anyone explain me the legal implications of the word " with prejudice" and "without prejudice"
