Inam Land bought

Hi,

I have bought 3 acres of Inam land (Devudu Manyam) 2 years back in Andhra Pradesh. At the I did not know that it is Inam land.

Is there any way I can legalize the land and obtain pass books?

If not, can I file case against seller to recover my money? The seller declared in the registration stamp papers that it is not Inam land and he will be responsible for any disputes.

(I paid Rs 4.5 lakhsacre but registration value is shown as Rs 1 Lakh/acre. If I file case, I can only claim declared value. right?)

Thanks inadvance for your replies!
