Sir, I have purchased one flat in Kolkata in a housing society. As I am staying in North Bengal that's why after getting the notice I went to builder for registration of my flat. But when I went there to see my flat, it was incomplete.
I have given time to them but after 4 months also they have not completed the work. what should I do to get the flat in ready condition.
