Does a vakalatnama, have a standard format applicable for all lawyers, or is it specific to each lawyer/firm ?
I am presently in US, and am searching for a divorce/criminal lawyer in Kolkata.
Any pointers for experienced lawyers in Kolkata region would be helpful.
