Once an interim injunction is granted by court it remains in force until and unless it is vacated by court.Ask your counsel to take necessary action.

Hello,

As per the case stated by you, interim order not to alienate the property is granted and it was extended till 2017. So the order was a specific order for the period up to 2017 and thereafter it stands vacated. You need not have to file another application for vacation of interim order it has already lapsed. You can post interim order for better appreciation and full understanding and advice.
