A male hindu takes a life insurance policy and names his wife as 100% beneficiary. Thereafter the couple are divorced. However, the man does not change the name of beneficiary in the Insurance records. The man dies intestate survived by children. What are the rights of the parties?. What will be the nature of right of the ex-wife if she was the nominee of the insurance benefits?
