Whether order of interim bail passed by the Court before the stage of cognizance is maintainable or not after cognizance?

Hello sir!

The order of interim bail passed by a court before taking cognizance is valid and maintainable until:

1. The interim bail is specifically revoked; or

2. The Court issues its final order with regard to the bail application (after taking cognizance), in this case, the final order whatsoever would be supersedingly applicable over the interim bail order.

Hope this helps :)
