I want conjugal rights. I want to remain as his wife. If he does not agree I want :

A decree can be passed but he cant be forced 

1. He must be punished under some rape case. i.e consesual s*x for He is not honouring our marriage.

This law may happen shortly mainly bcoz of women empowerment where the vote bank is of concern to our MP's say by 2014 upcoming election 

2. He must be punished under dowery case

If he has taken dowry and you can prove it in court than File for 498 A thats a womens terror weapon .

3. He must give me alimony for whole life and

if you are uneducated unemployed and dont marry for the rest of your life than you would get alimoney for the rest of your life 

4. He must not be allowed to remarry any one

If you dont give him divroce how can he marry
