Yes, JAIL SHOULD BE THE ONLY OPTION FOR THOSE WHO MISUSE LAW & PUT FALSE CASES UPON OTHERS, MAY IT BE MIL OR DIL!

I dont think so, becuase court will always counter her complaint saying if you were harassed why didnt you go to the police first and now that your dil has complained against you , you are trying to harass her by makingg false comlaint agaainst her, and ssuch act of mil will only cause her (mil)more trouble and weaken their case.
