Dear Shankar

if there is no evidence against you and during the investigation the police is satisfied that there is no evidence against you then the police have power to file a Final Report against the FIR, but the complainant has right to file a Protest petition against that Final Report.

If there is any strong evidence in your favour and you have the same then file a quashing petition before High Court under section 482 of Cr.P.C with the help of a lawyer.
