Starting from the Lowest court or a tribunal to the appellate tribunal, High Court and upto Supreme Court,if none of the courts in india hear the matter on merits and give justice where as the opponents are enjoying the heard earned properties of the person by thier illegal activities what is the forum to get justice. Supreme Court is the highest court of India and the protector of fundamental rights of a citizen. If even in Supreme Court the matter is not heard and decided but simply asked to go to appropriate forum and it there are not forums left either the High Court or any lower court as those forums have already been approached with no result what is the remedy to the aggrieved person. Whether that is the end of the road of justice to him or is their a ray of hope.
