complaint u/s 66A and 66C of ITA 2000 is bailable or non-bailable?what should a person, who was falsely framed under those sections by ill-motivated person,do to save himself right now,as he is a government employee?Further it is clear from the complaint n other papers submitted by the complainant that the case is false, the complaint was lodged in a local police station.
