Hi,
One of my relative has an ongoing juvenile case going against him. Does he need to disclose this while renewing his passport or any other government document ? Is the juvenile proceeding sealed and confindential ?
Secondly his FIR was filed after 6 years post the time when the alleged crime was committed, does this make the FIR null as per Supreme Court judgment ?
